What's a Core i7 and why is it better than an i3? There's also Core i5? And what about AMD? Figuring out your processor is half the battle of buying a PC. What are cores? In simple words, a core is the part of the processor responsible for carrying out calculations needed to execute programmes. When a chip has multiple cores, it means it can process multiple instructions at the same time, thus increasing the software's speed. Intel has three main Core families... Core i3: Has two cores and Hyper Threading (HT) - a technology that simulates more cores than actually exist on the processor. This improves performance of programs that can utilize the extra cores. The i3, however, lacks Turbo Boost for extra muscle when needed. Ideal for average users. Core i5: Has four cores, but no HT. Consumes a little more power than i3. I am going to show you in 3 steps how you can compute the salary and its accounting entries efficiently with OpenERP. Installation Before we begin for 3 steps lets install required module, you need to install hr_payroll, hr_payroll_account and account_voucher module in order to test the payslip and payslip accounting entries which will be paid by voucher later just like an supplier payment.  Modules are installed with me. Hello All, Look at my desktop, it looks like Mac OS ;) My Desktop I would like to share about a theme, I am impressed and already using on Laptop. I have already tried for Macbuntu 12.04/Macbuntu 11.10/Mac4lin, Mac Ubuntu theme and and Elementary as well. But Here i found which is very much relevant to mac then other themes. Refunding customer Invoice in OpenERP 6.1 !

Axelor made purchase of Basic PC on 1st May 2012,  Made the payment through 2 bank cheque with 200 EUR and 250 EUR corresponding cheques are 392920 and 392923  Now they found that there is problem in computer and they want refund, company agrees to do the refund  in 2 installments 1st with 250 EUR and second with 200 EUR on 22nd June 2012 and 30th June 2012.  With the normal configuration it is not possible to deal with this transaction, you need to do certain changes in order to succeed in partial payments. After a long thought I get a perfect name for my personal blog which is all about my ideas, activities, research and development in OpenSouce Tools and Technologies. Most of the time i wrote about OpenERP on my blog along with other opensource technologies, like Ubuntu, Untangle, pfSense, Zimbra, PostgreSQL, Etc.., I choose opentechnologies =  Open Source Tools and Technologies,  from my title. This month I am going to post an article on OpenERP, recently I get a small bug on OpenERP during "Invoice Refund Process" which can be solve by small change and 2nd will be on VOIP / SIP, last week I setup asterisk with PRI line, It was a great experience, and i will share it will all of you soon.
